Hunter Mountain CCIM Ski & Networking Event

March 12, 2019 -- "The 7th Annual Upstate NY CCIM Ski & Networking Day". Hunter Mountain. 9 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Ski all day plus a hot buffet lunch for $35  Or.... For non-skiers, come for the morning award-winning NYSCAR marketing session and the hot buffet lunch for only $20. Great networking! Typically, we get 50 to 55 participants and a lot of happy faces. This event has been organized by Joe Deegan, CCIM.

April 15 & 16, 2019 -- CCIM “Foundations for Success” Course is being offered in Latham on April 15 & 16, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.  The instructor for the course will be Joe Larkin, CCIM.  Attached is the course flyer.  This course is designed for newer people in commercial real estate such as those transitioning from residential to commercial brokerage. It is also good for investors. The course provides 14 hours of NYS CE Credit for Real Estate.  The Chapter will host a networking social on the evening of April 15. The social event will be open to course attendees, CCIM chapter members, NYSCAR members and CIREB members.

June 3, 2019 -- A Basic and Advanced MS Excel Coursewill be held on the Monday prior to the Turning Stone Conference, on June 3, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.  Stan Gniazdowski, CCIM, will be the instructor.   The morning session will provide the basics of MS Excel. Then, in the afternoon, the 2nd session will include more advanced Excel training. It will include the use of formulas and financial analysis for commercial real estate. The course is a joint venture with NYSCAR. Submitted each for NYS CE Credit.

October 28 & 29, 2019 -- CCIM “Foundations for Success” Course is being offered at the Rochester Hyatt Regency on October 28 & 29, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.  . It will be instructed by Steve Cannariato, CCIM.

October 30, 2019 -- CCIM “Negotiations” Course is being offered at the Rochester Hyatt Regency on October 30, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. This course has been popular with commercial real estate agents and those in related fields. It meets one of the requirements in pursuing a CCIM Designation. The course provides 7 hours of NYS CE Credit. It will be instructed by Steve Cannariato, CCIM.  

The two Rochester courses will be a joint venture effort between RAC-NYSCAR and the Upstate New York CCIM Chapter.
